Registration Policy
The conference adopts two registration methods: early registration and regular registration. Registration and payment completed by 24:00 (UTC+8), September 16, 2026 will be considered early registration. The online registration link will close at 24:00 (UTC+8), November 6, 2026.
No refund will be granted after registration fee payment. If you are unable to attend the conference after completing payment, you may notify the ISAMT2026 Secretariat in writing by email to authorize a substitute participant.
Registration and Payment for Overseas
Overseas participants can only register online. Conference fees for overseas participants are collected and invoiced by Guangzhou KEO Information Technology Co., Ltd. For any payment issues, please contact the libimin@ais.cn.
Registration and Payment for Domestic
Domestic participants can complete registration and payment online, or on-site at the conference check-in desk on the check-in day. Conference fees for domestic participants are collected and invoiced by Sun Yat-sen University Payment Platform. For any payment issues, please contact the ISAMT2026 Secretariat: isamt2026@mail.sysu.edu.cn.

Payment Methods for Domestic
Conference fees for domestic participants are collected and invoiced by Sun Yat-sen University Payment Platform. For any payment issues, please contact the ISAMT2026 Secretariat. After successful conference registration, you may pay via the following method:
1.Online payment via link or QR code (please indicate your affiliation + full name in the payment remarks)
2. On-site payment (WeChat / Alipay only)
Cancellation Policy: No refund will be granted after registration fee payment. If you are unable to attend the conference after completing payment, you may notify the ISAMT2026 Secretariat in writing by email to authorize a substitute participant.
